1. Return Period Returns can be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. Return Conditions

• Product must be in its original condition
• Unused
• In original packaging

3. Non-Returnable Products

• Prescription lenses manufactured to order
• Eyewear prepared with custom specifications
• Used or damaged products

4. Exchange Exchanges are permitted in case of manufacturing defect or order error.

5. Insurance Orders

• Orders cannot be returned after insurance coverage approval, except according to the insurance company's terms.
• If the order is cancelled before insurance approval, the paid amount can be refunded.
• If the co-payment difference was paid and then cancelled, the refund is subject to the insurance company's policies.

6. Shipping Fees Shipping fees may be deducted from the refund amount if applicable.
